I hold back one star because basically it's operated like fast food establishments.Where you have to go to the cashier to place your order and pay, then they bring you the food, I do not feel obligated to tip the server when they do not take the order, and they do not return to refill a drink. That being said, the food is really good.Parking: All street parking.

If you'd never eating there there's something really wrong with you! There's nothing in the whole restaurant that isn't good I loved the hamburger sandwich & fish everything is excellent ? guarantee by me you guys are above and beyond anybody else out there! Been going to Jewells on Main for over a year. They have been declining in customer service and also quality of food since that time. Tried them one last time. I was given the wrong sides, the fried green tomato BLT tastes different/way too sweet, BLT salad dressing was pure salt, and shrimps &grits were spilled in the bag when I picked it up - and the flavor isn’t the same either. The bar keep who gave me my food seems like she doesn’t want to work there and I inconvenienced her by being a customer. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Finally Jewels’s upped their game on their salads. This was the only thing that I didn’t like here!! The one I had today was thankfully very fresh. No more wondering if I was getting bagged greens!!!Our favourites are the hot brown, shrimp ‘n grits, meatloaf and beef medallions! And now any salad!
