Waited over 20 minutes for a server. I finally had to wave some one down. She said she'd find my server. It was another 25 minutes before she came. Then it was another 15 minutes before we received our drinks. ..I mean seriously from the time we arrived it seems it should not have taken that long to get a drink.

Ordered burger with egg bacon and cheese plain when it came out had everything on It Sent it back when it came back in less than 5 min. all they did was bring it back with new bun bit into it still had sauce on it what part of plain is so hard to figure out so was with group of people they ate I did not get to

Our experience was not good. There was up charges for things. My husband ordered a loaded baked potato that they didn’t have but charged him for. The menu said fettuccini Alfredo with chicken or shrimp, he chose shrimp which I can expect an up charge but it cost us $6.00 for 4 small shrimp. Our waitress was a very nice young lady but had not been trained enough and we only saw 2 waitresses period. I am only writing this review to let people know what to expect and also for the manger to read so they can improve.

No service after 20 minutes. Got drinks from bar ourselves. Waitress would not even make eye contact. Not that busy either. Boondocks made lots of $$ saw several groups there eating that didn’t get served. Shame, was a good place to stop

This was the worst experience at a restaurant in a very long time. We arrived and got seated quickly and we even got our drinks and order placed quickly. Then it just fell apart from there. Took us 45 to 50 minutes to get an appetizer. No plates or silverware. By the time she brought all that out, we finished the appetizer. Then we waited 15 more minutes for our food. Asked for tartar sauce 3 times, the salad dressing didn’t taste like honey mustard. Tasted like plain mustard. My slider burgers looked and tasted like they were made several hours ago and stuck under a heat lamp. Tried to get our waitress but could not find her. We had to ask other servers for our bill. She finally gave us our bill after we got up from the table and started walking out. I have never felt so unappreciated in my life. Totally disgusting food and service. Will never eat there again.

We were very surprised with the quality of food. The waitress was wonderful. We had shrimp fettuccine alfredo, chef salad, and blackened salmon. We definitely recommend. We will return.

Normally the food is great but we ordered ribs the other day & they were disgusting - they’ve definitely changed the recipe, they had way too many spices on them & they were really spicy & tough. The salads we got were tiny. Very disappointing I will not be ordering ribs from here again….
