While traveling in the area (Paducah and Wycliffe) for work I found this gem. Been eating Texas BBQ for 50 years but Hillbilly BBQ was a great introduction to a different style that has a great taste. Expanding my food horizons. Great BBQ sauce that I’ve finally found close equivalent in Houston (OG Sauce). Once I shipped 8 bottles back home to Houston because I liked it so much. Thanks Kentucky!
