I went there last week with my best friend for lunch and Kendra took out order. Food was quick and tasted wonderful. As we were eating, we could hear how Kendra interacted with staff and we later found out Kendra was management. I have to say the interaction with the staff was very friendly and respectful.The staff were laughing and having a wonderful time and working but not once were they rude to a customer, nor did they neglect customers. It's nice to come into an atmosphere like that. We will definitely be back!

For the price, this is NOT a gourmet sandwich shop. Extremely slow service, tore the inside of my bread out so all I got was crust, two types of bread, no banana peppers, one type of cheese, hard to read menu, no ranch dressing, Dijon comes in packets, seriously not gourmet. The only speciality is the gourmet rip off this place is. I am going back to Subway.

Rude service worker at the driver thru last night. Rolled her eyes at me because I forgot to order my pickle at the speaker and wanted to add it at the window. I asked her if there was an issue and she said “umm excuse me!” Was rude the whole time even when she took my money!

The driver was rude when he delivered the food, because I left a partial tip online and planned giving the driver a $5 dollar tip when he arrived, before I could even get the money out of my Pocket, the driver made a smart remark and I guess I won’t spend it all in one place very rudely.

Live in Mount Sterling. I drive to Winchester to get an always fresh “Turkey Tom” with Jimmy John’s hot peppers and provolone cheese. The staff is always extremely friendly, professional in the food always taste so fresh. Kudos to Jimmy John’s in Winchester Kentucky. Love the fresh tasting food!Kid-friendliness: N/A
