Don't know the difference between condiments period, alot of multiple times ordering an specifically ask for honey for the nuggets, I said HONEY not hot mustard, bbq , sweat an sour ect ... And even specific asking is the honey in the bag with all nuggets? They say yes , yes sir so I drive on being inr hurry to get back working but reach numerous times an pull out nuggets yes definitely but freaking 1 thing of hot freaking mustard, something I have no liking nor can eat and eat the nugs plain and wait for next time because gonna give them one more freaking time after 15 times being served wrong while not wanting to hold traffic up an drive on especially not going back around the 2nd when time is money not counting waste of fuel very much needed to regulate. Better give me honey (HONEY) Bee Honey ? next time or be another fast food business scratched for around 10 of us never to hit up on lunch or anything. TRUTH

Went thru the drive thru, had to keep windows up due to wasps flying around. Pulled up to 2nd window, food was already there, which I thought great, they're quick. 2 minutes later he finally handed the food out, it wasn't cold but not hot either. Ordered a large fry and it was half filled. Done with this place. Thought with new owners it would improve. Actually has gotten worse.

This location is complete trash. Ordered delivery didn’t receive items. Called store no help at all. Zero in customer service and accuracy. Clearly shows 2 happy chicken nugget kids meal. And lady on phone argued otherwise. Absolutely garage ran place.

They mess up our order fairly often. So sick of getting the cheese on the side of the box for sandwiches. And they just KEEP RAISING THEIR PRICES! Despite already being 20% higher than other locations in Lexington, apparently that's not enough. Done going here.

They did not mess up my order, so that's really good. I was kinda surprised at the kids' meal toy. It was a cute little penguin. The past the toys haven't been the best. However, it seems like they have been stepping up a bit when it comes to happy meals.Dietary restrictions: You can definitely request almost anything. For example " I'd like a big Mac with no bread." So many calories cut. LolKid-friendliness: Kid friendly, but depends on who's sitting down to eat around you.I wish the play houses would come back.
