Pretty good service on take out. I think they put crack in the lemon pepper boneless wings because I can't stop. Pricey, but what isn't these days. Nice when I need a treat.

Only gave a one star since you can't give them a negative one. ordered pizza for my son's birthday party two days prior to event, paid for the food online, then picked it up on the day of the event, then 30 mins later recieved a call from the store saying I owed them $45 more dollars because they couldn't close out the order on their system, the. was told I had to return them or pay the extra $45, how can they make you return food you already left with and had a paid receipt for, hopefully they didn't reserve the 10 pizzas they made me return. Thanks for ruining our party and making little kids wait to be feed so we could get pizza from another place. This is the worst customer service ever

I went to the paps John's in winchester and it was wonderful! The staff were very nice and everyone seemed to do there job well. Pizza was hot and didn't take but 10 mins to get out order. Definitely will be back.

The pizza was literally soaked in grease to the point of being inedible. It was like having pizza toppings on a paper towel. Absolutely disgusting!

This papa johns location has always been our go to for great pizza. However this week we had the worst pizza we have ever had from any pizza place. One was burnt and one was soggy. Neither were correctly or completely cut. We won’t be ordering from here again.

You need to hire delivery drivers who don't run people out of the road and a manager that gives a shit about his bad drivers when confronted about this event. Never go to your store again. I know these ratings mean nothing to you.

Driver was slated to be at the house within a minute but was almost 15 mins delayed. He passed by the house and drove to the other side of town to make a delivery then came back to our house. Pizza was cold.

The store messed up our orders on multiple occasions. This last time I called to tell them the entire order was wrong. They told me I could get the pizzas remade or free another day. 12 days later we call with our order number and they tell us that the person we spoke too forgot to add our name to the computer so they will not be able to fix what they messed up to begin with.
