The food was good, the shrimp breading could have been a bit crispier but it's just one of those things that happens sometimes with fried fast foods. Customer service was great. I only went into the establishment to use the restroom (needed to go in the drive-thru) but it was clean and inviting, the restroom was cleaner than any other public ones I've used recently.

First off I just want to say that the actual front counter and drive thru ladies are excellent. But the general manager is very rude and very disrespectful. He treats all his employees like garage. One of his employees had her kid in the emergency room and he replied with not my kid not my problem. My child had her ACT, and she requested the time off and he would not give her the time off. He needs to be fired, he treats all employees and customers very disrespectful.

Make sure you’re a good reader and have your glasses on. In big print it says all combos include a biscuit but in very tiny print below that it says biscuit not inlcluded in combos 1,2,3.

This location NEVER has enough chicken cooked and ready at lunch or dinner and there is almost NO spicy ready either. It is always a 15 min wait NO matter what time of day it is!!!! My family will no longer be coming to this location!
