Sub par. Decided to go in and eat. They gave me my order without the drinks. And without one of the items I ordered. I did get the drinks because I noticed them right away but it took forever to get their attention for those. I wasn't going to wait another 4 minutes for cinnamon twists when another consumer was saying to me "good luck getting their attention"
I was in the drive thru for 37 minutes tonight. There was 4 cars in front of me and it took them 12 minutes to get take my order. I was told to wait a second, when I got up to the window I was told they were out of my drink which I was completely fine with but my food was also completely wrong. I work fast food and I totally get having days but like??

Great for quick American-Mexican fast food. I have always had great friendly service here but on my last few visits they gave missed an item on our order.Dietary restrictions: For low carb, get the crunchy taco, its about 11 carbs.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramped sidewalk and low threshold entrance doors.
Thought we'd try breakfast here as we were on the road. Big mistake. This is most definitely not their forte, and never in my life have I found it so difficult to order two cups of hot coffee, which were subsequently delivered iced, then remade hot, but completely incorrectly. Don't waste your time and money - food was mediocre at best.
Order was fast and correct last few times for a changeEdit: horrible lately. Thirty minutes on a four taco order, missing items on burritos and when you say something they wanna give you the missing ingredients and have you just fix it yourself. Disappointing and sad. Done with this place.

I ordered through the mobile app a couple of combos. I went through the drive thru. I gave them my information and they asked if everything on the screen was correct. It never showed up but they told me to pull around anyway. My bag did not come with straws and they had a hard time pulling up my receipt. When I got home I opened up the soft tacos and noticed that they are loading up the front and back of the taco with meat but the center is empty. It looks as though they are intentionally trying to use less product to fill their tacos.The quality was extremely disappointing as well. The steak burritos are much smaller than they used to be when they were first introduced. I'll probably never go back as we have much better options in Winchester. They need to stop trying to shrink their food options to save money.
