They give you unsweetened tea when you ask for sweet tea, the eyes roll when you ask the error to be corrected and it gets shoved to you like it’s your fault.Customer service at drive through needs work. This reminds me why I do not normally use Taco Bell.
i ordered online and picked up in person. they forgot all the sauces, my drink, and one of my fries — they just missed the mark entirely. honestly this isn’t the first time this location forgot several items in my order. taco bell is my fave but i won’t order from this location again.

By far the worst taco I've been to. Their Supreme crunch wrap is thinner than a pancake. Chicken quesadilla has no chicken in it and is thinner than a piece of paper. Didn't put sauce in that bag so I ate them things raw.

The cashier was so pleasant her name was Amy it makes it a better experience when you have people like her servicing you food is always right and great taste!Parking: Parking on both sides of the restaurant
My partner and I wasn't able to have time to order on the app at the drive thru, the two women said he couldn't do that to pull up to the window. They both were very rude telling him it was his fault and to drive back around. Even going inside before in the past wasn't a good experience or friendly atmosphere or service.

It's been years since I've regularly visited this restaurant and tonight I was reminded why. Imagine driving a 30 min round trip to spend $24 on 6 tacos, 2 drinks and a burrito that ends up being poorly dressed with the wrong sauce. No problem! "I'll call to have it corrected! " Nope, no one picks up or you get a busy signal. Pathetic. If you want to eat taco bell where the workers take pride in their work I'd suggest going to either the Scott location or Broussard.
This will probably be the next place to close the doors in Abbeville. They are so concerned about the window wait time that they pull up every vehicle even if no one is behind them, which makes life twice as difficult for the few employees that are in there. There used to be a manager that was present at all times, now it is like they have purposefully set up a business model for failure. I do not blame the employees that are there, they are simply doing what they have been told to doParking: Parking is difficult, due to pull around situation

The service is never friendly. I don't think that I've ever seen a more sullen staff in my life. Not once have I ever seen anyone smile and their miserableness shows in the preparation of the food. Sloppily thrown together because they just want to get their shift overwith and collect their checks. It's sad and disappointing.

If i could rate a 0 stars I would. I have avoided eating here because i never get what I paid for, missing items, ingredients, no receipt, and lied and said everything was in the bag. When i tried to call back 2 different incidents. Their phone doesn't work. I'm done ordering here.Edit: it has been some years later since the initial review. They must be under new management because they actually give you crispy taco shells and the additional toppings and removals are actually done! I get all my items now! Thank you new Taco Bell team!
