Waitress did fantastic. The order was slightly wrong. But I'm not one to criticize one when it's not their fault. She corrected it kept our drinks filled and was very friendly and courteous. 5 stars for her. And a well deserved tip as well.

Absolute awful experience. First off they had 1 waitress covering one whole side. You could tell she was completely overwhelmed. Our food was cold, we ordered extra cheese that never came. In fact she told us she told the kitchen staff and they just ignored her. You couldn't understand the guy at the front...never going again.

My wife, my 1.5 yr old son, and I went for dinner around 6 p.m. last night. This was my first time at this location. I asked the host if they had high chairs for my son, and they pointed at a stack behind me, indicating that we were to get our own. We order the cheese curds as an appetizer and I could have fit all of them in one hand, which is definitely not worth the $10 we were charged. After being told that they were out of burgers because the kitchen staff forgot to pull the meat out of the freezer, I ordered nachos with a guacamole add-on for $2.00. When it came out the glob of guacamole was a little smaller than a golf ball. My wife ordered wings which made it to the table with zero napkins. After dropping off our food, the server walked through our section 4 times without checking on us. One of the times, she went outside with a man from another table who appeared to be her boyfriend. I had to get up to get napkins for my wife, and I was waiting to show the guacamole situation to my server, so my nachos were cold by the time she finally came back.Overall, a fairly disappointing experience. My wife said the wings were good, but not good enough to go back.

The absolute worst wings I've ever had! I ordered traditional wings - mixed - and all they gave me was drums no wings at all! As if that wasn't bad enough they were extremely dry & hard. I waited over 30 minutes for my to-go order & the staff was rude. Poor management at this BWW.

Not gonna lie, the food is pretty good, and the service is usually really good as well. Today, I came in and asked for an order of boneless chicken wings to go but got the regular ones instead. I made the mistake of not checking the order while still in the restaurant. I noticed the mistake when I got home, 30 minutes away from the restaurant! If you're gonna make a to go order, please make sure they got your order right while still on the premises and not when you get home.

We have been waiting 45 mins for appetizers, with only like 7 tables in the restaurant. When I asked they said my ticket didn't print. When they got to the table and it was COLD. Entrées were not made correctly and hade items missing. Absolute worst service I have ever had. Waited another 25 mins on missing cheese curds. Worst service ever!!
