Definitely needs a change of Mangement immediately..because the free attitude from Mangement down to the crew isn't acceptable...no stars...park me because I ask for fresh fires ok but why get an attitude when you say I rule..fries was hot..burgers was mad by a mad employee everything was sloppy and very nasty looking. ...waste of time, money, and gas didn't bother calling back just decided not to give Burger King anymore business...no location

You might want to check your burgers for pieces of ketchup packet in the patty. They also don't offer refunds for anything online so be careful before you hit confirm.

I Didn't get what I ordered, no one waited on us for a while the cashier was at the window visiting (not a customer), and the cashier was very rude because her relief was late.

Ordered a #9. Chicken sandwich with cheese an tomato fresh cooked. Fry's where fresh an hot. Chicken sandwich was so old an dry. The top bun was burnt black. The bottom bun wasn't even toasted. You have to have exact change or credit card. They had no change for anything. How you don't have change when you have a business like that. It really sucked. Used to like Burger King. I'll never eat at another anywhere but especially here
When I first walked into this Burger King, they were talking and didn't know anyone was at the counter until I said something. They didn't have customers service! It was terrible! There was a guy there just shooting the bull not even working and talking to everyone in the restaurant. Like how rude is that? I will NOT be coming back to this Burger King. They also got people's orders wrong and there was a two cars in the drive thru still waiting for their order!

I get a number 2, with mustard … and two wraps and stupid cold fries. I tell them about it… they ask me to pull up… 10 mins later(now been there for 40mins) I get a number 2 with mustard, again…. And a spicy chicken sandwich. No honey mustard sandwich. No spicy wrap. Tell them about the wrap bc at this point these people don’t understand how to even read a ticket at this point, and they bring me a wrap and I just leave with still, a wrong order. Smh. $30 and they don’t understand how to fix food correctly.
