Nice DQ. We stopped here for an ice cream treet after dinner and enjoyed a medium cone and a medium dipped cone. Both were DQ good. The staff were very attentive.

After placing my order online, I went to the restaurant to pick it up. However, I was informed that their fryer was out of order. Understanding the situation, I politely requested a refund. To my surprise, the staff informed me that I could only cancel the order through their app. Disappointed, I opened the app but couldn't find any option to cancel the order. Determined to resolve the issue, I decided to call DQ's corporate office for assistance. Unfortunately, I was put on hold for over five minutes, and unable to wait any longer, I had to hang up. This entire experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have no intentions of using or placing any future orders with DQ. I kindly request that you promptly process a refund for my purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
