My name was on the bag but was delivered the completely wrong order. Guy at the restaurant blamed it on the delivery driver even though my name was on the bag that they had packed up at the restaurant. I recommend going to mandarin instead.

We love Hana. Usually. However tonight was a completely off putting experience. Our food was dry, no flavor and extremely salty. We told the manager, he said “every chef is different” and offered to get more sauce for us to put on it ourselves, like that would help the extreme saltiness. After we left, hungry. I told the manager yet again that I don’t feel we should have to pay for an entire plate that we didn’t eat. He said “I can give you a $30 gift card” as that is somehow supposed to make up for the $90 we spent on dinner. I don’t recommend Hana and we won’t be back.

Jeremiah the manager is FANTASTIC. My husband and I recently lost our daughter and months after my husband tried taking me to Hana in Alex to brighten my spirits. We were sat at a busy table with 5 little children two of which were babies. The restaurant was PACKED there was no way to switch tables. We had a wait for 2 hours to begin with. I tried to tough it out but it was too much and I had a panic attack. Of course my triggers and emotional state is not the fault of the family nor the establishment. However it was so severe and embarrassing we had to leave before our food was brought out and cooked. My husband spoke with the manager letting him know we needed to leave and he was very kind. He even told us when we are ready to let him know and he'd be happy to welcome us back. Well two months later I was and he sat us all by ourselves and made sure we had an amazing time. Our waiter and chef were amazing too. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the manager and the kindness he showed us!

The food was good but it wasn't as good as I remembered it. I had not been there in a couple years. The Jalapeno Rolls were exceptional tho.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it because the chefs are entertaining.Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp
