I’m African-American(felt I had to say) Walked in the lady who was seated at the front stated I could have a seat at any clean table. None to be found. Waited a few for one to be available. I sat for about six minutes before anyone came. Lady named Merica came to take my order and never returned. Two whites couples came in roughly one seven minutes after me and the other fifteen. She got the white couples order, again fifteen minutes after me drinks, and I still hadn’t had mines. I saw her taking more time with them and being respectful to them more than accommodating me. After another five minutes I asked another server could I have a new server she stated one moment. I over heard her tell that server “I forgot” How do you forget when I’m literally sitting next to the tables that came after me. Felt racially profiled. Thank You Brittany for stepping in and serving me!!!

I am a loyal customer, I absolutely love huddle house, but when I discovered that it has people living in the restaurant as if it is a house makes it uncomfortable to dine in . The owner needs to know what is going on with his restaurant.

Service was not good at all. We sat for awhile and ended up having to ask for a menu. Our waitress walked past several times without even acknowledging we were even here.Then we waited for about another 15 to 20 minutes for her to take our order.

This experience was lackluster to say the least. Our waitress struggled to cater to us and check on us which may be due to them being understaffed...I'm not sure. I was there with my wife and a married couple(our friends) with their two small children. During our time at the table together they had some very inappropriate video being played on their TV screen that had two homosexual men having intercourse. That was disturbing due to the children present and it being a place for dining. All in all, my wife and I probably never going there again to eat. Hopefully things can improve there to aid in the growth of our community.

My eggs are always cold our server was more interested in the couple fighting in the parking lot I never got coffee refills. My wife's waffle was half cooked and the server never came back to our table.
The facility in general was not clean. Had to clean our own table with no apology. The service really needs some work there. Patiently waited 20 minutes to be asked what we would like to drink which wouldn’t have been a problem but the waitress was carrying on a conversation with a customer that was obviously finished with his meal. Served coffee with no utensils. We decided to leave.

i love it! i call it #HixonFord's new waiting room, it's right across the street from the service department, lol!it's about as awesome as breakfast can be. i LOVE the servers, they are very, very epic! they treated me like family, and when i return, they are glad to see me!it's awesome whether you are alone or with a partner. the service is not lightning fast but it is very, very good.

I placed it to go order and it was completely wrong! I ordered waffles and got no syrup at all! At that point, I didn’t even want the waffles anymore. With the waffles, I also ordered a side of bacon that didn’t come with my order… in addition, I ordered the blueberry muffin bites which were burnt in full of Grease . This will be my first and last time eating at this location… I advise you all to try a different location or just go to IHOP ! Very disappointed customer
