I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.The corn was dry and probably in the steam table way too long. The chicken seemed to be mutant chicken and had broken bones.The employee in the attached picture never assisted the other worker. She was handling the drive thru and the front register. He was talking on a phone some of the time. The rest of the time he seemed to be taking on his headset. It did not seem to be that he was helping in the drive thru. He literally didn't move from his location, is sight of customers, near the registers. FIRE HIM
The chicken was cooked darker and harder than I have ever had the original recipe before. But it was still quite tasty. A FACT THAT MADE ME UPSET - this KFC no longer has the Military discount. Nor does the one in Pineville. There are a lot of Military personnel and Veterans in the area and they should be honored by getting the discount. KFC's website says it varies by location which means the owner has chosen not to show this courtesy to our Military and Veterans. Shame on you. ?

I don’t know if customer reviews made a difference but I am grateful for the change.**********************************I highly recommend that everyone steers clear of KFC until they improve their food and service. Let me start with my recent experience: I ordered the three piece chicken meal, but was extremely disappointed. The chicken was undercooked, the coating was gummy, and it had a strange taste. This is unacceptable for a well-known fast-food chain like KFC.Furthermore, the wait times were unreasonably long. No customer should have to wait 30 minutes for their food. It is frustrating and inconvenient, especially if you are in a rush. Additionally, my family's orders were all incorrect, which leads me to question the competence of the employees.It is undeniable that KFC once had fantastic original recipe chicken and great-tasting food. But those days seem to be long gone. As a helpful tip, I suggest that you look for other food options until KFC can get their act together.

Let me start by saying that I've never been a big KFC fan, but here recently, with changes to their menu, like the nashville hot chicken and bowls, I've been happy with them. I wanted to try their nuggets yesterday, so I stopped and got the 8 piece for $5 and let me tell you, it reminded me real quick of why I don't eat their chicken. It was not good at all, end of story, period. Please bring your nashville hot back and I'll come back.

The chicken tasted like it was reheated. The coleslaw was spoiled and the mashed potatoes and gravy was cold. Travelled over 35 miles to eat there and all in all, it was terrible.
Saw menu online and wanted the 8pc tender box for $10.00. Went to the store and order thru drive thru and same thing was. $20.00. What a rip off that it cost twice as much as ordering on line and I would have picked it up at the same store. I will not go to kfc again. So disappointed I like their chicken

Went eat at kfc in Alexandria la April 4 2023 . It was very dirty in the restaurant bathrooms filthy where we sat to eat was a huge roach ! our feet were sticking to the floor. floors were so dirty an sticky They were out of ketchup food wasn’t very good an staff wasn’t very friendly not gonna be going back to this kfc location .
