Absolutely horrible service and even worse management when it came to how we were treated. When they were out of fries they upcharged for a substitution when all my friend wanted was fries. Super slow getting orders taken and food to table. additionally the popcorn shrimp were really really really tiny.

We had the very best experience last night dining at Logan’s. The food was great, but the service was superb! We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday there. She had 9 friends helping her celebrate. Our amazing server Kyle I. never missed a beat with all of their middle school chaos and energy. He was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was pleasant and enjoyable. He made my birthday girl feel special and left her friends with mouths ? as he sang an amazing ballad (this young man is seriously talented) instead of your typical happy birthday song. Everyone that we encountered from the hostesses at the front, to the bus boys in the back, and other wait staff passing in between were so welcoming of our party. The food arrived to our table hot and our drinks were never empty. It was a really extra special night because of Kyle’s incredible attention to detail and his charm.

I ordered the 12 oz ribeye, was really awful, it was only about 1/4 inch thick and covered half of the plate, it reminded me of one of the steaks you get in a diner with steak and eggs, not one you get at a well known steakhouse. It had a funny texture, as though it was injected with tenderizer. I am a huge steak lover and have never been served such a low quality steak from a well-known "steak house". I took 2 bites and just couldn't stomach the rest. Our waitresses was great, atmosphere great, but the main character (the steak) was shockingly terrible.
If you’ve lost faith in any chance of getting good customer service these days, go to the Alexandria Logan’s Roadhouse and ask for Kyle’s section. He will restore your faith in great service!What a fantastic experience we had this evening. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. Kyle knocked it out of the park.

Firat time visit. Great alternative to the always packed Texas Roadhouse. Similar menus but Logans has superior food in my opinion. Super slow service is a big negative however.
