I have eaten at Lou & Laura's since I was a small child. It is similar, but the sauce has definitely changed in taste. The flavor of the chicken has also changed. Seems a different seasoning may be used. Overall, it's good, but it just isn't the "ORIGINAL".

I have always loved this restaurant. Been a loyal customer for years. However, the experience I had last night. The bread has been changed. Tasted more like pizza dough. Hardly any ham or sauce at all. For $8 a poboy I expect better than that.

Called and asked about the menu. It was obvious they could care less. After asking the same question three times I gave up. The question? Do you have a roast beef poboy.So, I went to Poboy express next door and they were incredible.
