This store has always been great with food and service. Pizza Hut wouldn’t allow me to make a order with just my points that I had been saving up for a year. And then they took them and I requested to get them back and was told no. So won’t be going back.

The night time manager Micah has been and always will go above and beyond for the customer. Any time I go there and he is working I know my food will be hot fresh and correct and if there is any mess up then he will correct it with no hesitation. If I could give him more than a 5/5 stars he would get 10/5 for sure.

new management. wife went to pick up a order and she said she thought she was gona see a fight break out between the manager and worker. get home and the pizza looked like it was old and tasted that way also and was missing toppings. I call and complain and I'm told a call was made to all orders to let them know of missing ingredients. never really been a fan of pizza hut but this was the worst I've ever seen it

I order pizza at least once a month from this location. Well on tonight, the driver believed he was delivering to an abandoned house. The order was returned to the store. I'm not understanding this at all. Make it make sense. #LostACustomer#JacksonStreet

I always come to this Pizza Hut due to the convenience but today I see why I chose to come here! They were so fast with my order and patient with me and all my requests. I also had an order that wasnt correct and the manager Micah with no hesitation corrected the order and was very pleasant. So I will continue to come to this location. I didn’t feel like a bother with my issues. Thank you guys for all you do when we don’t want to cook due to our busy schedules!

I pay for extra cheese every time and it's hit or miss. Sometimes they give it and sometimes they don't. For the first time yesterday, my cheese sticks were not cooked to a crisp. I payed for pepperoni lovers with extra cheese yesterday and I received mostly dough and a few pepperoni. I also ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings that we had to throw away due to being severely burned. To pay so much, this was extremely disappointing to think that this is ok to send out to customers.
