I was passing thru and stopped at this location. The place was very clean, and the guy that was taking my order was training. He did very well and was courteous. He slasked me if i wabted spicy or mild,i chose mijd because it was for my daughter, and im not sure if they ran out, but one piece was spicy to my daughters surprise. Might be a little more careful in the future, and if running out of mild was the case, giving me another option would have been acceptable. Besides that issue everything was great.

In our drive through order we were given old hard chicken tenders and the inside was tough, mushed red beans with no rice and the new speciality wings were brown soft and mushy on the inside to the bone. Ruined our dinner.

9/23/23:I look forward to when fast food chicken restaurants cease the sale of chicken wings that are as colossal in size to that of turkey wings.These enormous wings lack the taste and texture of their grass-fed and free range, smaller counterparts.It appears that everything is becoming more about quantity rather than quality.There is nothing healthy about injecting steroids into meat. (If this is indeed the case.)Overall, the health standards in the United States seem to be lacking.I hope that companies will prioritize consumer health over profits.No chicken wings should be that excessively large, and it is crucial for restaurants to return to taking pride in crafting high-quality products.It is important to note that these views are solely my opinion as a customer.

I am a door dash contractor and the order ended up being over ten minutes late. Then multiple other dashes came in after I was already there for a certain amount of time and immediately got their food but mine was still behind. It's frustrating because that messes up my delivery time and can cause me to receive a contract violation. They had an attitude the whole time and acted like they couldn't hear my order even when it was loudly called out three times. It said in their system that it was complete but I still had to wait, which should be considered a service contract violation for Popeyes. The energy here was giving we want to get paid, but we don’t want to earn it and do the work.
