Showed up tonight and they came out and said the carhop area was closed to get in the line after I had sat at the car hop area for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. Why is the carhop area closed all screens are working they just didn’t want to take the time to walk out to the cars to deliver the food. Isn’t that the sonic “experience “. This stores service is not even minimal at best and the employees are rude as hell.

How y'all don't have peanut butter. Garbage. I wanted a simple peanut butter shake and y'all don't have it. Might be the easiest thing to have but no. And discontinuing the cinnasnacks is the worst thing you could do. Never eating at any sonic again.
Showed up early am to get 99cent drink before 10am. Told me promotion was over a month ago. Then why are you still advertising 99 cent drinks before 10am with larger than life poster plastered on wall where I can visibly see it? Isn't that FALSE ADVERTISING?
