Just ignore this sonic when ordering on the app, placed an order for a single drink and parked right next to the door. There were 5 cars in the drive through and I would have let that excuse 5 minutes, but after 20 min and 2 button presses reminding them I was there I just left.They're always slow, even when it's not busy. They've gotten my order wrong multiple times and the ice cream is always chalky.

When food was delivered to my vehicle, I did not get the popcorn chicken that was supposed to be in my order, which was only the chicken, a bread stick and drink. When they did finally bring my chicken, they didn't bring in any dipping sauce.

Ordered online and waited over 30 minutes. I pressed the button to let them know I haven’t received the order and they ignored me. The wrong order ended up coming out and had to wait again. Pressed the button again and they said it’s coming out and ended up waiting another 10 minutes get melted shakes that weren’t even the right flavors. Thanks sonic!

There is an employee going down the stalls telling certain people that pull up that it’s drive through only as he’s serving other people. Drive through is backed up also & not moving. Called to speak to a manager & she would not say who she was but claimed she is “one of” the managers. She said they stopped the “drive through only” 30-45 minutes prior to us being told it. She turned from the phone & hollered out if they were telling people drive through only, a male responded & she came back & said she is not aware of anyone being told that since 30-45 mins ago. We were told this not even 5 minutes before I called her.

It wasn't what I was accustomed to. I ordered pickup and when there wasn't a place to put the stall number. I accidentally reordered trying to put in a stall number then read that you have to push the red button when you arrive. If we wanted to push the button then I could have ordered from red button when I got there. They did adjust my duplicate or and the drinks were good.

After waiting in the drive thru line for 10+ minutes to place my order for a Footlong, no cheese, mustard, chili and onions only. I got the total opposite. Mustard and cheese only. A waste of time and money.

I waited 25+ minutes for a corn dog and sweet tea, got unsweet tea twice, finally just opted for a sprite. Terrible service, having conversations outside. Not working at all. Will not be coming back to this sonic location ever again lol.

This has got to be the worse Sonic in the area. And it took SEVERAL bad experiences for me to finally make a review about this place. More recently, ordered a sprite, and a cup of water. That’s it! Took 30 minutes to get that. And I only stuck around that long because you think every couple minutes it’s coming right out. Then before you know it, it’s been so long.Experience before that, told me they didn’t have corndogs, then I get to the pay window they said they did have corn dogs. Added them to the order and got them back almost completely burned. Come on. Just close this location.
