Got there at 8 am on Sunday morning. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody came to help. I pulled to a booth to try to get service and no help. Employees outside and not worried about attending to customers. Sad shame.

Gave me medium size drinks even tho I asked for route 44. I paid more for my burger (supposed to have bacon) than my husband, but then brought us 2 of same plain burger. No bacon. Told lady, she had attitude. And to top it all off, they lost our kids meal, had to remake it, and got it wrong as well. And did not bring receipt. Would not recommend. It's not order what you want, it's we will bring you food and u shut up and pay us ?

Sat in the drive-thru for an unreasonable amount of time with only 1 car sitting at the window of the drive-thru. Repeatedly asked if someone was going to help us or take our order at the speaker and had no response. As soon as we pulled to the window and told the worker we were trying to make an order but no one was talking to us, she immediately caught an attitude and was trying to argue back and forth with excuses as to why no one heard us. The worker even claimed that 2 employees had on headsets and one was currently taking someone order that was in the drive-thru. Every time we go to this sonic, it’s always something. Needless to say, we will never be back. Poor service and absolutely poor attitudes for grown adults. Do better.
Great food fresh and fast and all the employees are very nice and respectful. Sometimes the speakers don’t work so be aware of that when picking a spot to park.
