It depends on which one you go to. The Pineville location is horrible, rude employees and unprofessional managers. I go to the one on Broadway in Alexandria. Great service, more upbeat and friendly employees and the go above and beyond.

We went there today , ordered two 3 piece dinners ,mixed one with mash potatoes and 1 with fries.When we got home (40 minutes away) one dinner only had 2 pieces of chicken the other had 3 but the breast was so under cooked that blood was seeping out the bottom of the box and had ruined the fries and roll so the whole dinner had to be thrown away.This is the first time we have ever been disappointed with your food. It has always been great .Please do better no one should spend money on food that isn't cooked properly and should get what they ordered.

A gem with possibly best fried chicken served in a fast food restaurant. Perfectly prepared fried chicken, with dry crispy breading abd skin, and moist chicken that tasted great 2 days later as well. Slight spice bite flavor if no sauce applied, which makes uiu crave more without being overpowering. Cajun seasoned fries crispy and flavorful. Wl definitely be back for more.

They need to clean the chicken before frying it. It was full of fat. You can taste it when you bite into it. I was not able to eat it. Great disappointment!

But very poor Quality servic With order placement They get your order wrong 6 times out of 10 Visits And they have no manners whatsoever I really enjoy their food but they need to work on their people skiyes in the window area And receiving orders For their food If it wasn't so convenient for me I would stop going to this location For males Ask for sweet tea receive unsweet Go up to the window and I ask for a sweet tea They roll their eyes at you and give you another unsweet tea And you still give them gratitude have a Good Night And a thank you for fixing the problem for me Still roll the eyes at me this it probably going to be my last time eating there

My order is hardly ever correct. My pepper was missing, I ordered it, noticed it wasn't there. They didn't add it or charge me for it. I was told if I wanted I'd have to pull around and walk up to the walk up window. Wow!
