Employee working on my order today(4/7/24) at 2:40PM was very rude to customers.I placed my order 15mins ahead of my visit, but they didn't have it ready, and she told me she prioritizes walk-in orders and proceeded to help 2 other customers.After my order was made she made my flat bread sandwich vertically into a 6 inch and wrapped it like a burrito instead of the footlong I ordered, when confronted about it she proceeded to tell that's how they make em' and when asked to remake it, she told me she will only rearrange the contents and the portions will stay the same.I'm not sure who needs to know this, but be aware of a subway that is less than 4 stars on Google.

DON'T EAT HERE!!Paid $27 and change for two sandwiches. No cookie, chips and drink. Bread was soggy and had a strange flavor. Vegetables and meat tasted strange like it was old. Worst Subway sandwich I can remember eating. Bathroom was also very dirty. Highly disappointed. Did not finish sandwiches.

Showed up at 740 last night. Person making sandwhiches wanted me to know there was an upcharge of 4.00 for adding pepporoni. I only wanted 2 or 3 slices and have never been charged this at any other location.Most expensive sub ever! at 750-- the same lady is quickly locking up so noone else can get inside to order . This is ten minutes before posted closing time.I asked her to cut sub into 4 pieces, she said yes. I stupidly gave her a 20 percent tip. Came home to find sub not cut.Wont be back.

I have not been to Subway in but the other day I decided I wanted a footlong tuna with pickles was gonna cost me $12 and some change well I changed my mind. I was so disappointed. I remember when the where 5.99 for the same thang. Was so disappointed ☹️

Firstly, the employees aren’t welcoming and should find other forms of employment if they are THAT unhappy with their jobs. Secondly, as I was checking out I saw a roach on the counter as I was checking out. I mentioned it to the cashier and she stated that the place was sprayed earlier that morning hinting at an infestation. I couldn’t even finish my food because the idea that was one of the many possible roaches that were in this restaurant. Hopefully the infestation gets cleared but I can’t see myself eating here again.

We stopped for gas and popped in to the Subway for a bite. The food was okay; but it was appalling how filthy the restroom was. The ladies' had mold around the water line in the toilet and the sink had not been scrubbed in months. Honestly, had I seen the bathroom before I ordered food, I would have walked out. My husband said the men's room was probably worse. When I came out of the bathroom, I told one the staff that the bathroom needed to be cleaned. She said she hadn't been in there today (??!!).

This don’t even deserve 1 star. This is my third time coming and they never have anything in stock. it’s always an attitude like it’s just crazy we asked for something on our sandwich. This subway just needs fire everybody and start all over.

I have gone to the subway a few times before, and I always tip and try to make it easy on employees so they don't get stressed out (I have worked for a subway before, I know how stressful it is to remember all the things on someone's sub) but when I came in, the woman was on the phone, and obviously did not want to serve me. She was much nicer to the people behind and in front of me but I'm not sure what made her act out so rudely towards me. All I got was two 6 inch subs, and every little thing I asked for, she told me it was extra charge. The same sandwiches cost me $12 last time, but she rung up for $17. That is ridiculous, I could have gotten two footlongs at a separate subway for that price. She waved her arms in the air and said "is there AAAAAnything else?!" As if she was talking to a complaining, shitty customer. I was going to tip, but after all of the side eyes and nasty talk i honestly just wanted to cry. She also smashed my sandwich together completely unevenly and took out all her aggression on the sauce bottle, making my sub soggy with ranch. This subway is connected to a gas station so I guess I can't ask for perfection, but honestly don't even go. I'll come back when my business is appreciated.

Absolutely horrible service! Big B**** with pony tail and glasses was rude and charged us DOUBLE ! She KNOWS she did it too! Remember I asked if you have sandwich ROLLS and you looked at me like I was an alien!?!?! They're shady here! Stop at next Subway down the road! NOT THIS ONE!

If I could leave zero stars as well I would. The employees were rude and clearly did not want to be working. The options were extremely limited and strict on what you could have. I’m usually a subway fan but this was a big turnoff for both service and food. Closing wasn’t for another 2 hours so there was no excuse for not having anything available other than pure laziness.
