They always get something wrong with your order. Both staff were very limited on their English and couldn't understand what I wanted. I understand that they are trying and to be patient but when I would tell them it's wrong they would continue to keep making it wrong until I gave up. Speaking basic English needs to be a requirement for this job.

Clean and food was good but service was terrible. They were really rude and you could just feel the unwanted vibe there.
Ordered through mobile app 20 minutes in advance. Arrived at the restaurant with the door locked shut. All the lights on, trash on the tables. I called the restaurant twice with no response. Finally I knocked on the door and a kid came to the door and said no one was there because they are all on break. What a wonderful way to run a restaurant. Subway has still yet to refund my order.

Went in and soon as I walkedIn the lady said only cash payments… so I said… ok… then I asked about salads and she rudely answered… soI said … ok… I asked what kind of salads they offered and she wouldn’t even look up from her phone as I just walked away. I see on the door it’s locally owned. I’m a manager of a locally owned restaurant in Ouachita parish and this is not acceptable. She is not good for your business
