Don't waste you time or money going to Wendys on Jackson st. Fries were hard and burnt. Called to get a fresh order and they gave me the same fries. They were also cold and hard as a rock. Manger was very unprofessional and rude and the cashier was also rude. Maybe Wendys corporate office will look into this and do something since the manager is not professional and trained properly. She needs to learn about RESPECT.

I avoid this Wendys at all costs! The manager LaShonda who is usually the one taking orders at the window is always so hateful & rude! It never fails, EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Wendys she always claims they don’t have extra honey butter to give me. She always has a nasty attitude no matter what & when I asked another employee why she’s like that I was told “she pregnant”…. Pregnancy or not you just don’t treat or speak to your customers the way this woman does. If you don’t like you job & you always have an attitude then don’t work somewhere that you’ll be dealing with people! Id highly suggest to anyone wanting Wendys to avoid this one & go to either the one on coliseum dr or the one near the mall! It’s worth the drive and it’ll save you from starting your day off bad because of someone else’s bad attitude

I ordered my food online. When I got there I asked if it could be fresh. Not only was in not fresh, I get home to an entirely different burger. This store doesn’t have to worry about me going there ever again. You get two chances with and incident here was the second.
