Latoya provided great customer service, very helpful and friendly. Stella on the other hand was rude and kicked us out of a section inside that was “closed” since she just cleaned but had no signs saying so. Food wasn’t the greatest, but not terrible.

To be honest, I'e come to expect the worse from Whataburger when it comes to service and wait times. But I like the food, so every now and then we'll give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised by this visit though when we were passing through Alexandria. Elijah took our order and brought the food to our table. This place felt very clean, the service was great, and Elijah went above and beyond. Great job guys, and I hope more locations will take your example.

The food is awesome as always and the employees are OK, but the wait time was ridiculous... there were 2 people inside dining and i chose the drive-through... huge mistake, waited 24 minutes for a #2 and nothing else... might as well call it waitaburger... but all in all it wasn't too bad an experience...

Food was great and fairly quick. Overheard the manager giving his crew a pep talk while I was waiting at the drive through. It was refreshing to hear a fast food manager talking to his employees that way. I hope it's a regular thing at that location.

My family and I are traveling and stopped in this Whataburger to find the manager greeting us with the door open and welcoming us in. He was extremely friendly, the staff was professional, the restaurant was clean, along with the restrooms.The manager was extremely professional and we commended him on his intuitiveness to our needs. You picked an awesome manager to manage this restaurant.
