My food was cold even though we sat in line over 20 mins. My order was incorrect. I asked for 5 fully dressed whopper jrs. Two with cheese , and 2 with extra pickles.. 1 regular for the combo..

Went to Burger King in Amite, La. I ordered three whoppers one was a meal medium. I got to the window paid my money and began my wait. About five minutes later I was asked to pull up and someone would bring my food out to the car. So I pulled up while no one was behind me in line for five more minutes I began to wonder why it had already taken 10 minutes for 3 whoppers. By this time my 3 year old was getting tired of sitting there but still we waited. After another ten minutes went by my 75 year old mom got out to go see what the hold up was. The car behind me pulled out with their order. When my mom returned to the truck 5 minutes later they had told her that they were waiting in the meat. All three whoppers were cold so I am not sure what they were waiting for our Pattie’s to do. I will not be back to this Burger King. I like whoppers but will just go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s.
Never has breakfast burritos on Sunday. You would think that if you keep running out of that item before you get your next order that you would order a little more in order to not run out but that males too much sense.

Food was aweful, employees playing tag behind the counters and back and forth through the doorway leading to the sitting area in the restaurant. Worst supper I've ever had and I really was looking forward to some hot, good food because I'd been sitting in the ER with my mom for hours and I was so disappointed. I'll never eat at this location again, I'd rather starve.
