The band was amazing, the drinks not so much. Drinks were 13/14 dollars and as a nondrinker I usually feel it right away. Overall, it was a good time. I'm still thinking about that blues band, the guy on the harmonica was insane!

Our Favorite Spot for local music and food in New Orleans. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE BRAZILIAN TACOS OR THE BURGER‼️What a ?

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. True to their name (slums of Rio) their food is trash designed for drunk people (and not good unless you are trashed). This place is the vampire of Frenchmen Street hoping to pull d*** tourists in based on the over flow of the few great places on Frenchmen Street. Those who don't experience this place are blessed. Too many great places to go in NOLA. Don't waste your money or time here.

Worst pizza slice I’ve had in a long time and I eat some bootie pizza. It tasted like toe cheese. My wife tasted it too, and she’s always the devils advocate with everything. If I hate something she loves it vice versa. When she agreed it warranted a bad review. I would suggest the owner go to a pizza university and learn how to make pizza that doesn’t taste like it was farted on. I’m not joking. My wife asked me if I wanted her d!ck cheese pizza. Do better dudes! I’ll come back in one year. If it’s better I’ll change the review. Good luck! I’ll try the tacos next time. I’m giving you three stars because I’m nice, but I want my money back.

The Tacos here are excellent. We were also treated to some great jazz music while dining

Last night I got a slice of pepperoni pizza and an empanada, and I thoroughly enjoyed both things. The vibe was nice, and I enjoyed the different rooms with different DJs. I had a great experience. I will definitely return again.

OMG the shrimp tacos were delicious as well as the beef quesadilla and beef tacos. Drinks were good and the bartender was friendly. Took the food a min to get out to us but this was not a fast food joint so quality food does take time to fix

Quitutes Cuisine is noted for their authentic Brazilian food and they have been located in the New Orleans suburb of Arabi, LA at 6617 West Judge Perez Drive for awhile but now they are reported to be moving to a new location in New Orleans at 525 Frenchmen Street (although the Arabi location still seems to be going). This New Orleans restaurant has become popular for their authentic Brazilian food that offers many traditional Brazilian dishes not seen on many other area Brazilian restaurant menus which results in very interesting options for their food. In Brazil "quitutes" is the name for delicious small bites of foods and Quitutes Cuisine has long been one of the most affordable Brazilian restaurant options in the area. They offer an extensive menu with enough items to please nearly any taste. Overall Quitutes offers friendly service, decent food and can be a lot of fun so it is a good option for when you are in the mood for more authentic Brazilian food. My video review for Quitutes Cuisine & Bar is here:

Nice place to go with kids. Scene visible from everywhere inside. Also a few tables outside with views inside. Very basic options for eating, but good drinks.

Went on a pub crawl with Quay and Pandi and we loved this place. I don't remember the band but they got my friend on stage to sing happy birthday for her

Such a great place for live music and to experience the energy of Frenchmen Street. Empanadas were delicious!

So it has changed names/ cuisine type. I went here thinking it was still a Brazilian rest. with a few american dishes. Found that it is now all Mexican. Which I love Mexican, but was disappointed when the menu had changed. A little over priced and was pretty empty for lunchtime. I had the nachos and my bf still found a burger and fries on the menu.

I have yet to eat at this place because they say they are open, and twice I should up Monday afternoon 5pm they say they are open, but it is always closed.

This is a nice bar on Frenchman Street with live band, food, and drinks. Their drink menu has specialty drinks as well as several beer selections. The food menu has pizza, wings, tacos, burritos, etc... we choose the beer , chicken tacos, chicken burrito, and shrimp and crayfish mini pies. Everything was good- but the mini pies were delicious. My husband ordered a second helping to take back to our hotel. The sevice was good and the prices were reasonable .

First it's Brazilian then Honduran and Mexican. Then cash only, no thanks. I see what is happening here.
