10/10 would recommend! This brewery was such a treat - eclectic decor, super friendly and attentive staff, amazing house-made brews and the most incredible unique pizza I've ever had! We tried the Cajun AF and swamp thing IPA beers as well as the feed me seymour and im a rocket ham pizzas and they were SO good - I will be thinking of these things until we eventually return! Next time we drive through LA I know where we're stopping!
After living in Germany for several years, finally I run across a beer garden (Bayou Teche Brewing) that made me remember the many times that my family and I sat in old German beer gardens, some hundreds of years old. In the tradition of true beer gardens Bayou Teche Brewing has live staged bands entertaining patrons with cultural Cajun music that’s not so loud you cant speak. Simply no better place on earth to spend a weekend afternoon. Live Cajun music, fantastic pizza, and a wide variety of beers, all excellent. My personal favorites are the original LA31 pale ale and the Acadie. Superb.I live ten hours away by car but make a trip at least once a year.
