The new setup they have is terrible it does not make the line more efficient it makes it to where I have to wait in line longer to receive my food and wait in line LONGER!!!! TO LEAVE!!!??!??!

I was here yesterday for breakfast and they forgot to give me my drink. I called back, they took my name and order # and told me I can come back and they will give me drink. We were back today at 1:28pm to buy lunch for my daughter and also pick the drink they forgot but the manager sounded rude and said that’s not how the policy works. He said we would have to filled out a form and they will send “something to us in the mail” something what? ? our drink or a check for just a drink? He then yelled in the back at the employees and said “no one tells the customer to come back and get the drink we forgot!” lol, it’s just a drink so we told him it’s ok, forget it. It’s just that they messed up our ordered way too much and this time we finally called. He finally gave us the drink, but it could handle better.

Never coming here again. I got my food and still waited in line for 10 mins because the car in front of me didn’t have their food and there was no way for me to get out of the line. I finished my food before I left. Then I kindly asked if they could pull the car forward and they did nothing.

Unusually Chaotic, it was a first for me, normally it's so smoothe and pleasant that's it's almost strange, like some kind of Twilight Zone, but in a good way, but this time it was so chaotic it felt more like McD. And is it just me, but is the chicken on the deluxe sandwich shrinking lately?

I was given fries instead of fruit in the drive through. Not a big deal at all. When I let an employee know, she interrogated me multiple times about the mistake, as if she didn’t believe me. She then proceeded to make me return all of my child’s chicken nuggets to the bag so they could remove the French fries from her bag and replace them with fruit. I watched multiple employees huddle around my child’s bag, talking urgently with one another, and occasionally staring at me. I was met with rudeness and suspicion over the 4-5 French fries that came in her kids’ meal. I typically like to leave 5 star reviews and don’t bother writing about poor experiences, but I was appalled by the behavior here. This is Chick-fil-A. People expect better.

Second night in a row they messed up a door dash oreder. I called the store and the manager on 02/17/2024 at 6:30pm and I let her know what happened and she told me I had to contact Door Dash. I was like how is it their problem? They pick up a sealed bag from you that y’all load and seal.I told her I didn’t want a refund. Last night they left food off and when I called door dash they explained that they are not allowed to open a sealed bag, they just pick it up. That makes complete sense to me. So this is the stores fault, two days in a row that don’t seem concerned in the least about making it right and definitely did jig want to take responsibility and placing blame on the door dash driver. Zero customer service.
