I picked up a call in order. Hot and fresh within 5 mins of me showing up. The pizzas are usually great. A bit overpriced, in my opinion, but that's not employee's fault.

Two stars because the foods always good but the delivery driver tried to con me out of more money after he went back to the car he came back and said I was 5 short yet I had the money laid out on the side table right after ordering counted it 3 time bc I'm ocd even tho it was only 30 total and only a re re could mess that up

Ordered pizza on the app, 20 minutes later got to the pickup window & the lady told me she had to take care of the deliveries first, you can cancel or wait 20 minutes so I can make it. Really??

Wow, Domino's. REALLY??!! You're a multi-billion dollar corporation and you can't afford to put even a FAIR amount of cheese on your pizzas?? We shouldn't have to PAY for "extra" cheese! There should be an appropriate amount of cheese to BEGIN with!! Nice scam, jerks!!!

I'm unsure of the gentleman's name, but the individual working here did not have my order ready despite placing it nearly 30 minutes before my arrival. After reaching the store, I waited in our vehicle for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, he seemed disinterested in the fact that a customer was waiting, as he remained engaged in a phone call for the duration of our stay at the store.
I always get pizza from Domino, most of the time from W Lee Dr. branch, but last week I ordered a pizza from Airline Hwy branch.They forgot to add pineapple to my pizza and got it back, the second pizza was totally different from the first one. Actually, on some slices were no toppings only tomato paste. I hope you guys step up at this branch.

I waited over 10 min at the pickup window to get my food. There was only 1 person working besides the delivery person. She saw me outside and did not tell the person inside. This location needs help. The drivers should be double trained to assist when the store gets backed up.

The delivery drivers are incredibly rude. As well then manager, it’s a male manager. He was very sassy and rude. The drivers don’t listen to instructions, they be slinging the orders at the door instead of handing it to you.

After having ordered from this location before to the Holiday Inn less than 2 miles away, the person taking the order tells me they don’t deliver after dark. Pizza delivery that doesn’t deliver, super smart.

5 stars for friendly person at the window today, 1 star for ACCURACY... people READ the online orders!!! I order PIE CUT and all 3 were square. Ordered 2 Pineapple/Ham, 1 Pineapple Spinach. Got exactly opposite! READ THE CUSTOMERS ORDER!!! Not the first time they've gotten it wrong. I HATE SQUARE CUT!!! No edge to hold the interior pizza slices. READ, READ, READ!!! Window person was super nice, great smile, very friendly. Too bad the others don't match up :-(
