This was my first time there. I ordered a crunchy roll and a tempura roll. After eating one roll I saw two gnats fly out of my food and was immediately disgusted. I got so sick I hurried and paid and left. When I called, the lady who picked up the phone told me I didn't see a gnat and it was sesame seeds! The gnat was flying, I know what a gnat looks like. Terrible service and worse food. Don't recommend.

Simple atmosphere, staff was cordial and energetic. The portions were large, and the food was excellent. Although the sashimi was a tad dry for my taste, it was barely worth mentioning. The topper: their sea salt edamame was top-notch!

My wife is vietnamese and I've tried pho and soups from dozens of different places here, in Houston, New Orleans and even home cooked recipes. This place is just as good if not better than all the best places. The pho, and lemon grass broth have rich flavor. Just look at the color, it's darker. Most places in BR the broth taste too watered down. If you like watery broth with little to no flavor then you might not like this place. But if you like the soup to taste good with every bite, then it will blow your mind

In town visiting it was convenient near LSU .Ordered curry chicken look like a big portion mostly veggies n 6 pieces of chicken at least they used asian rice vs american rice..Food was placed in a nice plastic container with divider. The taste of curry was very faint and the veggie looked over cooked soggy in the weak sôs.. The restaurant is well lit. Guess there like an asian fusion place..If i was dining in I’ve sent it back for something else Sorry!!!

Great selection of sushi on their menu and if you don't like sushi this is still a place you can enjoy. Their menu is HUGE!

I ordered from this place on Labor Day. They were closed. I paid and got no food, and didn't get my money back.

Service is very nice, and the fried tofu is crispy and yummy, they know how to cook it. Otherwise, the food is overproduced and nothing to write home about. I ordered fresh Vietnamese rolls with peanut sauce as an appetizer ($7.85) and a crispy noodle combination plate (supposedly shrimp, beef, pork, and maybe chicken) with stir-fry vegetables on a crispy noodle nest. The rolls were ok, the fried tofu in them was good, but the rolls themselves were tiny, and the side of peanut sauce was even tinier (think of a dice-sized container). So small, all sauce is gone after dipping a roll only 2-3 times. The serving size of the crispy noodle plate was small, think of 3 small pieces of broccoli, 3 small pieces of celery, 3 small pieces of a couple other vegetables, and 2 small shrimps, 2 tiny pieces of beef. 2 tiny pieces of chicken, 2 tiny pieces of pork served on a very, very thin layer of fried rice (not egg, the way this crispy noodle dish is served everywhere) noodles. I have had this dish many times in many places, this one was the worst. Add a fountain drink, and you end up paying $35 for the 3 things, which are not worth 1/3 that price. The only good thing about this place is the very kind service that I received, and the fried tofu inside the fresh rolls. I would have given this place 1 star otherwise. I won't be back.
