The staff was friendly and was able to take my order over the phone when I was having issues placing my order online. After I placed my order I was told my order will be ready in 5 minutes even though I ordered well done wings, well ok. The hotel I was at was only 5 minutes away, so I will still give them a try. When I got there I couldn't find parking due to the small lot. I ended up parking on the side of the building and to get out I had to reverse into the Main Street in front of the store. Kinda dangerous! The inside of the building was small with a few booths, hip environment and the vibe was good. Now the orders come out Quik and here's why. I think the precook their wings and drop them in the grease to reheat once ordered. The problem with this method is the wings are soaked in grease and end up soggy, lack of crunch. Taste was not bad but they almost tasted baked. The fries are seasoned but the ranch is horrible, tasted mostly of mayonnaise. Not the best wings but fair. Prices inline with Wingstop and other comparable places. I will give them another try on a future visit and will try wet wings instead of the dry rub and see if they are better.

I always carry out, but they do have limited seating. The Cashiers are always friendly and make sure your order is correct. I love the fries with the ranch/barbecue sauce on them. I always do the 10 piece wing 4 barbecue and 6 lemon pepper.

Ian even about to hold y’all. Nice lil spot, cool people and atmosphere but the wings are HORRIBLE. The wings don’t taste fried, they taste boiled or bake or some. Coming from a Memphian, these are the worse wings I have ever had in my life. Come to Memphis, TN and get you some real wings.

Was walking back from the Mississippi River and saw Empire Wingz and thought I would give it a try. I’m glad I did! I got the Cajun Rub, Exotic, and Spicy Parmesan Garlic. I got 4 of each flavor and they were delicious. My favorite was the Cajun Rub then the Exotic. The exotic was an amazing flavor of spicy and sweet. The atmosphere was chill and laid back and the employees were all really nice. Most people were getting the food to go, I just ate mine there. Even the fries were really good, they were nice thick fries with good seasoning. If you are in the Baton Rouge area I would 10/10 recommend Empire Wingz!

I work down the street, and when I started I would visit empire wings sometimes three times a week until one day I brought my daughter in there with me because she loves wings and we decided we would get some good wings together. She's 10. She had never eaten from empire wings. So we waited for someone to come and take our order for about 5 minutes no big deal I understand the restaurant was busy. Well when the cashier did approach the register she never did greet us and was just looking at me so I finally asked her politely she was ready to take our order she turned her head and made a face and another employee and bobbed her head at me said yeah I'm waiting on you with an attitude. So I told her never mind and I left without ordering food because of the way we were treated. I did call and speak with my manager about it and they were apologetic and I told them that I would probably never come back there. Fast forward to a few months later today, specifically, I place an order online I go in to pick it up, the guy asked my name I told him my name he told me it wasn't ready yet so I sat down. I watch the building empty out as I was still waiting for my food and finally got up to ask for my food which was ready but the guy failed to even call my name knowing I just checked in with him. This will be my last visit here today and I'm beginning to feel that they do not like white people. Foods great. Customer service for me is terrible.

I usually do not do this and this was one of my favorite spots for wings n fries. But I ordered a 12pc lemon pepper with extra sauce and the VJ sauce and a Duecey juice. Being that this was a delivery you would expect everything to be correct and sent to you as such and usually it is. Unfortunately, this time it was not the case. I did not get the Duecey juice nor the extra sauce. On top of that the fries were not the VJ fries. Very disappointed!
