I had walked in for a Togo order. I placed my order at 3:45, I remember cause the manager said it was going to take 15min so I checked the time because I had to be at work at 4:45. My order was miso soup, crunchy roll and volcano roll. Not only did I wait 45 minutes for my food, but I found a hair in my volcano roll. The sushi is subpar. I ordered 3 rolls and was only able to eat 2 because one of the rolls smelled off. The clear soup hardly any flavor at all and what there was is just nasty. I found a hair in my seaweed salad.
