My plate was beyond delicious. If you are looking for hibachi with a Cajun twist then this is the perfect place for you. Food seasoned to perfection and two people can eat out of one plate. Get your gloves and napkins ready. The only thing is I wish they had a better drink selection and the hibachi is not made in front of you like most hibachi restaurants.

I've seen the commercials, seen some of the hype, I've had the food, and it was what I expected. The plaiting was great, but lobster can not be bubblegum chewy and glued to the shell. Flavors were really good, the rice was ok

The Seafood fried rice would have been delicious but I found the rice to be a little too sweet because of the sauce. The snow crab, shrimp and lobster was delicious. I feel that the eat in dinning area floor was dirty.

Tried a new restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! Hibachiana on Coursey in Baton Rouge. We ordered the sesame chicken, combination udon noodles, weekly seafood special and chili chicken. Also not pictured was the boudin eggrolls and fried dumplings, which were both really good Also. You definitely get your money's worth and they give very large portions. And during lunch it comes with a can drink. I'd give them a solid 9.5/10. The food was made fresh to order and well worth it. I took off .5 of a point because the plastic silverware is a joke and broke while we were eating lol. They need sturdier forks lol ?

I ordered the beef, chicken, and shrimp hibachi, my niece had the shrimp yaka noodles, and we got an order of boudin egg rolls- 2 per order. Y'all, it was good! I like my food EXTRA saucy, so I know next time ask for extra sauce. Order came quick- maybe 15 minutes. My niece ate hers so fast that I didn't get to taste it. That's saying something, because she's a finicky eater. The atmosphere is the usual for Baton Rouge, but they had good music playing.Wheelchair accessibility: There's enough room to get around comfortably

My recent experience at Hibachiana was nothing short of delightful, offering a unique take on the traditional hibachi experience. While it lacks the entertaining chef performances, the restaurant compensates with its outstanding food and efficient service. I opted for the Shrimp Udon Noodle dish, and my colleague chose the Steak Hibachi with Rice. Both dishes were an explosion of flavors, and the portions were generous enough to provide us with two satisfying meals. The staff at Hibachiana were notably friendly and helpful. Despite the absence of the traditional hibachi show, the servers made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. Their courtesy added to the overall positive dining experience. It's essential to note that Hibachiana deviates from the conventional hibachi setup. Instead of an open grill at your table, the kitchen takes charge, preparing your order behind the scenes. While this might disappoint those seeking the traditional chef's spectacle, it allows for a more intimate and relaxed dining atmosphere. Hibachiana caters to those who appreciate the essence of hibachi flavors without the theatrics. With flavorful and fresh dishes, efficient service, and a welcoming ambiance, it's a worthwhile stop for anyone craving a satisfying hibachi-inspired meal.

Stepping into this cozy spot, I was eager to see if it lived up to the hype as I had seen a TikTok that spoke highly of it. I decided to dive into the menu and settled on the Yaki Udon with shrimps. The noodles were a standout, boasting a perfect balance of softness and chewiness. The shrimp, while a tad salty, contributed to the overall delectable taste. The dish had a subtle kick, not too spicy, but enough to add an exciting dimension to the flavors. The customer service here was noteworthy, and the wait time for my order was pleasantly short. The simplicity of the store's interior, with about four tables available, created an unpretentious atmosphere perfect for savoring the food. As the meal unfolded, I couldn't help but appreciate the experience. It definitely lived up to the expectations. Already thinking about my next visit, I'm eager to explore their combo plates and weekly specials. This place has earned a spot on my list of go-to spots for a satisfying meal.

Hibachiana has become a favorite of mine. First of all, their specials are amazing! My mother and father got the seafood special and the plate was overflowing with shrimp, lobster tails, fried rice and crawfish tails. Truly a blessing. I cannot have gluten; so, they made coconut shrimp using only corn flour and I truly appreciate them making the adjustment for me. The food is made fresh and taste so good. This spot will always be on my recommendation list when in Baton Rouge.

I had the Yaki Udon with shrimps and the noodles were very soft and chewy. The shrimp was a little salty but overall it tasted really good. It had a little kick to it but wasn't overtly spicy or anything. The customer service is good and the wait time was decent. The store itself is very simple, 4 or so tables to sit down at and be able to enjoy the food.Definitely lived up to the hype and I would go back to try the combo plates and weekly special!
