They had exactly what I was looking for on such short notice, a fully cooked ham in time for Xmas dinner. I was in and out in under 10mins! Their service was excellent and prices fair. The ladies were upbeat, friendly, and festive in their rain deer antlers, Xmas sweaters, etc..

2 parts -1. The store is great. Always kept clean, and very organized for the expectation of holiday rush. Employees are friendly and efficient.2. Sad to say that the ham isn't worth it any more. Quality was down from years past, but the price is exorbitant - about $10/lb. Guess I'll have to do my own from now on. ☹️

Honestly forget every business like this that still uses Covid as an excuse to provide crummy service because it makes their lives easier. You pay $100 for a ham and they won’t even show it to you anymore. Don’t bother…find some place that isn’t a chain to buy your Thanksgiving meal.

These folks are #1 in customer service & quality! Andrea Drive store in Baton Rouge is always a great experience, and the in-house sandwiches are delish! Shout out to Keisha & Damian for excellence in customer care! I am a regular customer of this store and try new things like the blueberry coffee cake I served for dessert last night! Not a crumb left…Scrumptious! ?????

Food is good. However, two years in a row I pre-ordered food a month in advance for Thanksgiving only to be told they didn't have one of my side items when we arrive to pick up our food. This is frustrating as I ordered well ahead and did not plan to have to get something else. Also, my husband got home and did not have the rolls we paid $10 for. Good thing I bought back up rolls.

I bought the COBB salad and paid $.50 for an extra side of ranch dressing. They threw in 2 packets of Kraft Ranch dressing which is DISGUSTING!! I could not even eat my salad. The bacon was under cooked, the ham is cut too large and as I stated they only offered Kraft Ranch Dressing. eeewwww! What a waste!
