This was our first visit to Insomnia Cookies. The cookies are a great size and I feel it was worth the money. I ordered the deluxe box and a variety. The oatmeal walnut chocolate chip was my favorite.

Went in at 5pm. Had hardly any cookies. None were baking. Everything would take ten plus minutes. Lady working acted like it was an inconvenience that customers were there.

The cookies are good. The biggest thing that is disturbing is that they do not have workers. The store manager is working by herself taking orders, money, baking cookies & special orders. Insomnia is always out of multi items at one time. With the manager working by herself it takes about 45 minutes to get your order. Whomever own Insomnia cookies needs to come out and help this lady or hire her some help. I have been there more than 4 times and each time she was working by herself. She does a great job. My hat goes off to her. I feel they are taking her for granted but, one day they will get a call from her that will make them come out and run their own store. To the owner, DO BETTER! When she is working by herself where are you ?? If it keeps going the way it's going the owners will be locking their doors for good. You should recruit from Crumbl Cookies, they are over staffed. Crumbl Cookies here I come.

UPDATE: An employee or manager who wasn’t there when my order was packed called me about an hour after I received the wrong order and wanted to make it right. That’s excellent customer service, and I’m updating my review accordingly. Thank you to the nice lady working at 9:45pm on 21-Jan-2024 who really cared about helping me out.Keeping the original text though to warn people to be very vigilant if they order and have an allergy!Original text:Apparently the employees lack basic reading comprehension because they don’t know the difference between gluten-free and vegan. I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten without getting severely ill. I ordered a bunch of cookies for my boyfriend and I, including three of their gluten-free chocolate chip for myself. Well, the order came and had a big “Vegan” sticker. I opened the bag and saw what is clearly their vegan chocolate CHUNK cookies and not their gluten-free chocolate CHIP cookies. I’ve had them before so I know what they usually look like and even compared to the website, confirming that they were the vegan chocolate CHUNK. I have a freaking food allergy. Vegan and gluten-free are not having interchangeable terms.And even if they were gluten-free, they packaged them in the same box as my boyfriend’s cookies UNDERNEATH the normal cookies so that they would be completely contaminated with gluten anyway! Entire order and evening ruined. Absolutely wild.I called the phone number and was sent to corporate, who said she tried to call the Baton Rouge location three times to confirm if they were vegan or gluten-free without getting a response. Luckily she just refunded me because I was certain they were vegan and not gluten-free, but jeez.

My niece ordered a dozen cookies for my birthday. She had it delivered and I received 10 cookies in the box. Disappointed. It's not that hard to put a dozen cookies in a box! Delivery guy must have gotten hungry on the way to my house! Too bad the delivery fee was $6 and tip was $6.76. Don't order!

I ordered online hours in advance to pick up six cookies at 12:00 for my birthday. I arrived at 12:05 and was informed they had received the order, but I'd have to wait for them to bake the cookies. I ended up having to cancel the order since I was not able to wait.
