Turns out you can't commit a crime while eating here! LIKE WHAT?!? Why call your restaurant "ILLEGAL BURRITO" if you have to follow the law while inside the establishment?!? I don't understand and the stupid handcuffs hurt my wrists. From now on, if I want to break the law while eating Mexican food, I'm going to Taco Bell, because they don't prosecute. Only eat here if you like good food and following the "Federal and State" rules or whatever.

I'm a huge fan of Izzo's, and I honestly don't understand why people would choose Chipotle when Izzo's is an option! The customer service here is consistently excellent. The employees are always friendly, making the ordering process simple and easy. The portion size is just right, leaving me feeling satisfied every time. I appreciate the thoughtful touch of them cutting the burrito and wrapping both halves separately when I ask. This particular location is typically clean, which is a plus. Being close to campus, I find myself here often. Even when the line appears long, the wait isn't too bad as it moves quickly. Izzo's has become my top choice for a satisfying and enjoyable lunch on campus.

This food was excellent. The brought out some suspicious "beans". It looked to be dishwater like but otherwise everything was clean and good!

I love Izzo's and I don't get why people would go to Chipotle when Izzo's a choice!Customer service is pretty good, the employees are always nice and makes it simple and easy to order food. The amount of food is decent :) and I'm always left feeling satisfied. I like that they will cut the burrito up and wrap both halves separately! This location is usually pretty clean and I come often since it's near campus. Sometimes the line seems long but the wait isn't too bad as it goes by quickly.

The quality has definitely taken a steep dive here. I've tried this place 3 different times in the last 3 months, and each time the burrito was terrible. I don't know if it's the ingredients or the way the current staff makes them, but it's gross. It's just this location, the other Izzo's locations in the baton rouge area make some great burritos! Maybe they should get someone from another location to come here and figure out what they're doing wrong.

We walked in at about 5:30pm on a Friday and it was not busy yet. The lady behind the counter was so friendly and told us what to do. We found a table and looked at the menu and she quickly came to take our drink order. We had fried pickles which were good but I have to talk about the hot roast beef po-boy. This sandwich was so good! I have NEVER had po-boy bread so fresh! I want to go back just for the bread. The service was great, atmosphere was pleasant and the sweet man that checked us out was so funny and we got out right when they started getting busy. All around we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

One of the only places you can get dark meat chicken. It’s really great and seasoned well. Place needs a little bit of a remodel. It looks just like it did 20 years ago. Needs some cleanup on the ceiling tiles and walls for sure.

Ordered food at 3:33 to be picked up at 5. Showed up early at 4:45 and the order was already packed up in a bag, guy at the counter says oh yeah we just got this done. 5 minutes to get home, opened my order and it was stone cold - not warm, luke warm, or cool it was cold and stale. They clearly made the order as soon as it went through and didn’t pay attention to the pickup time and lied to me when I came to pick it up.

I eat at izzos at least once a week. Sunday mornings are my favorite. The manager on Sunday mornings, Mason, is incredibly nice, helpful and personable! The Sunday morning grill, Danny, is always doing a great job. The food is great, the service is great and the restaurant is always clean. The new tint on the windows makes it so much cooler during the summer! Can't wait to go back every Sunday.

I used to eat here after the gym. The food is good. The employees are miserable and it shows. I can only assume it's bad management / ownership. I went there sometime last week. Another gentleman and I walked in around the same time and did the, 'No you go first routine.' One of the four of five employees slowly made their way over to assist this guy. I waited patiently because I wasn't in a rush. The employees "looked busy" but I have no idea what they were doing as the place always has remnants of the last 50 burritos all over the tables and floor. I walked up after him and was simply ignored. About 5 minutes later a women walked in a waited along side of me in line. Again, one of the employees slowly walked over to take her order even though I had been waiting. I said something like, "Hey man.. can I get my order in?" The guy looked at me, looked away and then continued to take her order. I didn't argue I just walked out. It was an irritating experience. And while the employee was the object of my irritation... in my experience it's always bad management that creates that type of atmosphere. I doubt they'll miss my daily $10 order, but nonetheless I won't be going back.

The service here is always peasant! The food is so good. Sometimes when you request chips on the side they put chips in a container VS in a bag which I don’t like but when I ask them to change the chip storage to a bag they usually do.

The food was awesome and the customer service was great. The young gentleman behind the counter named Andrew was very efficient and ran circles around his coworkers. He had great customer interaction, and deserves a raise or promotion. He made our experience very pleasurable. Would highly recommend.
