Absolutely different when management is there and when mngr is not there. Employees slow, rude and turning away customers. They are more concern about their schedules, lunches and what type of sandwiches they want vs getting customers in an out with great service. Such a shame this place was my go to spot for my lunch break. I guess employees don’t care about how they represent themselves in front of customers

Admittedly, I typically visit during the lunch rush, which undoubtedly contributes to the delays. Nonetheless, even during peak hours, a well-staffed operation should be able to manage efficiently. Equally disappointing is the noticeable drop in the quality of the sandwiches. The craftsmanship that was once evident in every bite has been replaced by sloppy assembly and lackluster presentation. The bread is often flat, and the meat and cheese are haphazardly thrown together without care. While it's understandable that during busy periods, cleanliness might take a backseat, the consistently dirty tables add to the overall sense of neglect within the establishment. However, this is a minor grievance compared to the more significant issues of prolonged wait times and declining sandwich quality. It's disheartening to witness the rapid deterioration of a once-promising eatery. Jersey Mike's on Siegen Lane has undeniably lost its edge, and urgent improvements are needed to regain the trust and loyalty of its customers. While I may not be inclined to stop patronizing entirely, the inconvenience and disappointment of recent experiences certainly leave much to be desired. Here's hoping that management takes note of these concerns and implements the necessary changes to restore this establishment to its former glory.

My wife and I entered at 8:30 After standing around waiting to be greeted by one of the employees we were informed that the grill was shut down even though the business doesn't close until 9. The company should list no hot food after a certain time if this is normal procedures. The staff didn't seem very welcoming which is a shame the food is really good. If I have a good experience next time I'll adjust my review accordingly. We ended up next door a blaze pizza.

Food was decent, but they were out of mushrooms for the sandwich I wanted. Most of the sandwiches are cold. Workers were nice, but assumed we had been there before, which is weird. Was not much food for the price considering the more popular franchise sandwich place give you a foot long for about$10.

The Italian Original is the closet Italian sub I have eaten in Louisiana from a sandwich shop that closely resembles the Italian sub from a privately owned and Italian owned shop in San Francisco. No, this is NOT a muffuletta. It was great. Something that would have made it better is if the bread could get toasted. I liked the shop. Employees were very nice.
Came on Tuesday at 7:30PM and they were closed even though the hours online say open until 9:00PM. Not sure what happened but that was disappointing and a waste of gas
