Well I didn't have to wait 50+ mins when Jimmy Johns used their own drivers. Doordash forgot my drink and then did nothing about it. I guess they'll do anything to save a buck.

Who knew it took 10 minutes to order a sandwich? They guy on the other end of the phone must have taken the short bus to work, he asked me for every number on my card 4 times over! And my food took 50 minutes to get here! Who the hell are they hiring??

I love jimmy johns and usually have no problem ordering delivery. This time I never got a notification that my food was delivered and the bag smelled like a straight up dog, the paper bag and the paper my sandwich was wrapped in smelled like a dog rolled all over it. Whoever doesn't clean their car to the point that it makes food smell like dog during a 7 minute drive, maybe consider doing so? Really ruined my appetite, I'll just pick it up next time and they'll miss out on my next tip :(

It is 1:14pm, I ordered online at 12:15pm…No sandwich. I don’t understand how this can happen, they are not cooking anything. You pay for a delivery charge, plus a tip and place the order for “soon as possible.” I called the Jimmy Johns on Perkins and she knew it was me, and casually stated, “it’s on it’s way, she has two stops before you.” To order a sandwich and recieve it an hour after the order was placed is not good business. I could have driven there, placed my order, eaten there and drove back by the time their “convenience” delivers my food. There are other options out there, and although me, personally never ordering from Jimmy Johns again, this will not put them out of business. This is pathetic! I ordered to have it delivered as a matter of convenience, that’s a big word that the Jimmy Johns’ staff may not understand. The craziest part of this is they didn’t cook anything. How could this take an hour? Good luck to anyone else purchasing this service. Give business to the companies that care. Buy Local!

Felt like I got a lettuce sandwich. Lots and lots of shredded lettuce and the turkey was almost non-existent. Service was good but was very disappointed in sandwich. May give another chance.

They are very rude and disrespectful employees! Every time i go in the store they give me the dirtiest looks! 10 minutes ago i went to the jimmy johns restaurant to use the restroom and was asked if i was buying anything. When i replied no, they ordered me to “get out” and repeatedly told me “you have to go”. If i’m not mistaking i thought it was okay to use public restrooms as i please. Will be calling corporate in the morning.

This place smells great, it makes you hungry before you walk in. It was very clean and well organized. The team there was really professional and customer focused and they were more than willing to customize my order there was good parking and the location was great.

When I was here the counter help gave us the wrong sandwich. We always order the same 2 items. He justified his action by saying “I HEARD beach club not hunters club”. I believe that I know better than the counter help what food I ordered.

I love Jimmy Johns and order regularly, but lately they've been doing a bad job. A few weeks ago I ordered a delivery. Took them over an hour and then I didn't have everything I ordered. Again today, I ordered delivery and it took long but then not everything was on my sandwhich that was supposed to be. I wish they were better on communicating with customers if (a) it is going to be longer than usual or (b) they are out of something that was ordered. do better.

Had a quick lunch on my way back to home (Texas) and they were very quick to serve them. I accidently left my cellphone at their restaurant and Matt Griffin were so kind work with me to ship my phone back to Texas. He went out of his way to drop off the phone at FEDEX and informed along the way. I'm very grateful for his help!
