food was good, service was uncomforting, and atmosphere is nice (building is new and nice looking). i rode my motorcycle from work to get food here. i pulled to drive thru, but everyone in the store is staring at me...it was awkward. asked how their day was and noone answered. so thanks for making ppl feel uncomfortable. i actually enjoy the food and been there several times but no longer!

Was fast and easy, don't know why I haven't tried this place till now Will be back to try rest of sandwiches on the menu.
Jimmy is always a great choice this location isn't the same at night..... The night workers take breaks and they don't want to take your order sometimes lazy night shift at this place.

This is the second time in a row that this place has gotten my order wrong. The first time they put lettuce on a sandwich when asked for no lettuce. This time i specifically asked for no mayonnaise, i wanted mustard on my sandwich. Low and behold it was dressed with mayo instead. Will not be returning

There is an employee who works there at Jimmy John’s on coursey in Baton Rouge, an African American female, fair skinned with light colored eyes. She is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She doesn’t need to take anyone’s order as a cashier. She is so rude until she doesn’t need to work customer service at all! She needs to be in the back cleaning where no one can come in contact with her. Jimmy John’s need to do something about her attitude it is extremely repugnant. No one should have to deal with that type of attitude while ordering food. So sad!

The young lady taking orders and working the drive through window is very rude. She does not need to be taking no one’s order. She’s very rude. I called to complain and asked for the manager. The manager refused to give me her name so I’m assuming it was her, because she knows how rude she was. Jimmy John’s need to keep her on the sandwich line in the back because her attitude sucks. It’s a shame how rude someone could be in customer service, let alone working around customers food! Shame on you whoever you are.
