1. Floors were so slippery me & my child almost fell I’m pregnant so it was bad for me.2. Ordering the server had to come back & forth bc she knew nothing, orders came not as described, all fountain drinks were watered down, we couldn’t order a punch or lemonade because they were out of sugar2.5 everything I wanted they were out of. And the bugs are so bad one is sopped in my food3. The bathrooms were bad floors, toilets, & smell

Went as a spur of the moment lunch date! It was a great atmosphere! Our waitress was very nice and attentive! Food was delicious! We will be back!!!

You do have to pay before you get your food and the waitress/waiter gets 15% gratuity which I personally don't like, I think I should be able to give whatever percentage of gratuity I want. After I paid I felt like my waitress just forgot about me since she had already made her little cash off me, had to continuously ask for a tray to put the trash on and a receipt. Overall food is amazing service is not the best.

As much as I love KQ. My recent visit wasn't worth it. This was my first visit at the new location (corporate)I've had better for less money. I recommend that ppl pay attention to the bad reviews. There are no lies being told.

This was my first experience with Krab Queenz was a horrible experience my potatoes was overcooked, corn was undercooked and shrimps were overcooked. I ordered my food and it took an hour and 15 minutes for me to get my order I understood that they were very busy but the quality of food wasn't good at all for the price. I'm from Shreveport and our Krab King is better than Krab Queenz on their worst day.
