The wait for this place is unbelievable! We waited over 2 hours for a seat and 1 hour for the food! Didn’t have an appetite by the time the food came out! Drinks were pretty good and strong! I will not returnBathrooms were horrible

There were 3 ladies at the door on their phones doing absolutely nothing. I wasn’t greeted or anything. I was led to the table and left there until I took it upon myself to go to the bar and order. Thanks to the nice lady at the bar I was quickly served and valued. Food was a little 8/10. Was kind of cold.

Terrible service, the host had an bad attitude. Place was packed so they began asking for cell numbers to send text message when table is ready... never got a text message. They originally told me 30 to 45 minute wait. Returned in 30 minutes and they had completely skipped us! Will never return! Poor organization, poor host and poor rating!

I was referred here by a family member that lives near. We were seated upon arrival but had to wait somewhere around 15-20 minutes before evening being greeted. Our waitress brought water to the table & said she would be back. When she came back to the table to took our order & we were asked to pay for our food. It took us about 30 minutes to get our fried food which was shrimp & king crabs. The corn meal was so heavy, you couldn’t taste anything but the cornmeal. Still, I didn’t complain. The crab legs were so dry you couldn’t get the meat out. Still no big deal, maybe today was just a bad day for them. We didn’t receive our boiled seafood until 40 minutes after our fried food came out. Keep in mind the drinks we had was water because she didn’t offer us drinks or come back and check on the table. She just brought the food out & that was it. We didn’t have any soft drinks or any mixed drinks as planned. Hell, we didn’t even get a refill on our water. I will never return!

Service is awful. waiting 45 minutes to get our food just to be told we have 10 minutes to eat before they kick us out. never been to a restaurant where I was rushed to leave before. definitely will never eat from here again and will tell family and friends to do the same.

My waitress didn't come back to my table to check to see if I needed anything or bring any ketchup. I know they were short on staff. I finally see what everyone is talking about at Krab Queenz.
I already liked them when I first started going. I lovee them now. You get your money’s worth over there. They are sooo friendly and energetic! Especially Dasha’. She told us to call her Teedy! I loveeeeeeee her and her energy. I lovee the vibes there. If you ever go there or haven’t had an experience with Teedy, definitely ask for her. I promise you won’t be sorry!

I came here for the 1st time because I won a Mother's Day brunch meal on Instagram. The service they put on for mothers was awesome. This meal was free but I will be back...the colossal crab and shrimp was so good, the shrimp and grits were great, and drinks are strong. Most definitely a place you won't mind spending your hard earned coins. Oh, and the service is great even though the crowd was thick they still managed to have great service I will be back!
