I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. They have to be the slowest place to get food whether there is 1 person in line or 10. Will take an hour to get anything. The service is even worse. Management should be fired

I've been enjoying these doughnuts since I was a kid for almost 30 years, until now! The service is always horrible (everyone has an attitude) and the wait is always long. The doughnut recipe is different I'm sure. The icing is very waxy and sweet. I've only been here probably 3 times since they remodeled and I dread it every time, but I say let me give them another chance in remembrance of the old days. 3 strikes now. In this case the phrase "Don't fix something that isn't broken" should have been taken into consideration. I miss the old people with the better attitudes and better tasting doughnuts.

This review isn’t based on the donuts, as they are amazing. The review is based solely on the service of this location.Went on 4/7/24 and tried to order the #2 and #3 off the combo menu that is advertised on the screen. The person working the register stated to me “we cannot go by those numbers as they aren’t in the system and those prices aren’t valid.” If they aren’t in the system or valid prices, then why do y’all have them up on the menu boards. We paid almost $41 for something that should have cost $29 (as we got an extra half dozen). The workers also seemed to care less, as we stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone saw we were there. Restaurant was dead. Staff need to be better trained, and they need to know how to follow the stated menu items and prices, as there is no reason people should be overpaying for items advertised at lower costs, simply because they don’t want to take the time to look through their computer to find the right thing
