I accidentally ordered at this location. I called to ask them to give my pizza away, and the gentleman had SUCH great customer service. He said he would void the payment. I appreciated this kindness so much, and spent the same amount at a different location! I love Lit, and the freshness/quality is wonderful every time!!

the workers couldn’t get off their phones to make our food. the pizzas were not cut and they put way to much cheese to where it was cumpletly falling apart and inedible.

Disappointing. My calzone was baked just enough to cook the bread and melt the small amount of cheese within, but all of the ingredients inside were left essentially raw. Among the vegetables inside was an entire clove of garlic - who wants to eat that? The calzone was not *bad* but was very bland, and did not at all resemble the rich and decadent meal, stuffed with rich sauce and layers of melted cheese, that a calzone is meant to be.

My boyfriend and I decided to get pizza takeout from LIT because it was highly rated. Although it wasn't at all what I expected. The crust was cracker thin, had no flavor, and was almost burnt. There's nothing special about the pizza in my opinion.

Got a pizza today. Person that made my pizza was amazing, but the one who took my pizza out the oven slid my pizza and it stuck to her spatula then continued to try and shake it off causing all my pizza to end up on one side of the crust. Then made the excuse that because i had a little extra sauce added thats why it happened. Even though she had to grab another spatula to pull my pizza off the other one.

I DoorDashed a pizza and normally when I order the food amazing great no issue but today I get my pizza and there's pork on it I can't eat pork bc Im Muslim I'm very disappointed it's not like it already came on the pizza it was the 2 plus toppings create your own like it should be easy to put down whats on the paper or whatever they use on the other hand doordash delivery was amazing it's not their fault that Lit pizza couldn't do their job and make sure the order was correct before putting it on the fire to cook.

I love you lit pizza but come on what is this. I asked for fresh mozzarella and I get they’re slices so it’s not gonna be spread everywhere but this is 70 percent sauce. I mean a whole slice literally has no cheese on it. Not to mentioned I ordered feta on this pizza too. Every time I come in there y’all are amazing and everything tastes great. Just disappointed this is how y’all make food delivered.
