It's the Saturday before Easter Sunday. We stopped for a late lunch and there were no ribs. This is terrible. I was ready to leave. The other eight members of my party decided to stay. Very poor planning or lack thereof. Very disappointing ?

I recently dined at here and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food quality did not meet my expectations.Firstly, it took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive at our table. Additionally, when the food finally arrived, it was not prepared as described on the menu. Some dishes were overcooked and lacked flavor, while others were undercooked and poorly seasoned.Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at Long Horn. I hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving the service and quality of food in the future.Also, I told the waitress that my food was cold so she took the original order and it was replaced with more cold food. At that point I was done and I asked for the ticket.P.S: The lamb chops are overrated.

A very busy restaurant on a Saturday night!! I went for my friends birthday party, and you can't make reservations. Our party of 12 waited two hours for a table. There were so many other people waiting for a table too, so there was no places inside to sit... we sat in our cars while we waited. The wait was so long, so I was starved by the time it was time to sit. It was about 9 when we sat. The service was ok, but there were very nice. Our food did take a while to come out. Once it came out, it was ok. The lettuce for the salad didn't taste phenomenal to me and the steak was like wet on the plate. Average. The restaurant did their best to accommodate us and everyone else . So props to them for that!

First I should have sent the steak back! It was cooked perfectly but was sooo SALTY! Our server was awful, didn't check on the table, 3 of 4 people got food timely. Asked for steak sauce & never got it! We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, they didn't even say happy birthday.Vegetarian options: Liked the choices available.
