My snowball was good but they don't allow you to get a smaller size snowball in a bigger sized cup like some places do out of courtesy (i.e, to prevent dripping) and their homemade lemonade is not a liquid lemonade drink, but instead is snowball ice with lemonade poured over it. The menu is not explicit so my child was disappointed.

We've been trying to give this place a chance time and time again. But the moat recent visit got me. We were the only ones there. The person taking the order, not sure what she was doing in there, waited 7 minutes from the time we arrived to open the window and take our order. We ordered 4 sno cones. Simple one flavor sno cones. It took 19 minutes to complete 4 sno cones. So, we finally get them sit at the tables outside start eating and my husband and daughter get past the cone shaped top and there was nothing but white ice in the center. So, they didn't pour enough to make it past the cone part. They brought them back up there and yes they added more syrup to them, but come on.It has gotten worse and worse every time we go there and now it's not even worth the walk over there. We'd rather just get in the car and drive farther for better service and a better sno cone.

High School students were extremely rude,need ADULT Supervision, they lack common courtesy, they're a liability to the owner's business and the snoballs are very dry.
