I tried to place an order online for a certain flavor after seeing it showed out of stock online I decided to call to verify. Spoke with a young lady at the store she said they had some in stock so I proceeded to ask why it said out of stock online she stated she wasn’t sure that I would just have to come in the store. So I drive 30mins to get there to be told they were out after talking to the young lady less than 10mins before driving there. Just ridiculous the inconvenience that was caused. Then to be told they can not disclose the amount of cakes they have in stock. If she would have told me they didn’t have many in stock I could’ve waited another day to come instead of making a blank trip. Worse customer service ever.

I don't come to this place often, but I love these mini bundt cakes! It is the perfect size when you don't want to eat a whole cake. Chocolate chip cookie is a classic! It's not too sugary and the cake is delicious.

What a delicious decision- The Reese's peanut butter chocolate cake is so good! Fresh, peanut buttery creamy icing, rich deeply chocolate cake, drizzled with syrup and Reese's chocolates inside each slice. Efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. Clean, easily findable location near Trader Joe's on Perkins. Highly recommend!

I've ordered 3 times over the last couple of months and every order was delicious. Customer service was spot on. I've called in a couple of orders without any problems or issues. Customer service has always been friendly whether on the phone or picking up order inside the store. Nothing Bundt Cakes has my business!

I walked into Nothing Bundt Cakes on Christmas Eve into a very unwelcoming environment. The entire staff stared as if I did something wrong soon as I placed one foot into the door. It was more so as "I can't believe people are walking in on Christmas Eve while we are obligated to work" vibes. There were attitudes, blank stares, and eye rolls. A worker got an attitude because another customer asked were those the only Bundt Cakes that they had left. I understand that you're mad because you're working on Christmas Eve but you don't have to take it out on customers. I'm not the type to be worried about being greeted while walking into a business, but the staff made me feel like I was wrong for even thinking about opening the door and walking in. I just hope they had a good Christmas, so they can come back with a better attitude. However, the cakes are always good. Just wish the customer service was better but judging from other reviews......I'm not the only one who feels this way! Terrible customer service!

Is a small store. Bundlets are excellent and packaged to go. A mini bundtlet cost $5.50 plus tax. I know seems a bit much, but the taste makes it well worth the cost.Parking: Located in a strip mall with other stores. Although parking spaces are plentiful, they're first come first served

I purchased a cake and paid for it the day before and set a time of 9:30am. I called then arrived at 10:30am to be assured I could walk in and walk out. When I arrived there were 4 people waiting on a pick up and had been there for 20min. This is what I spent time to day before so I could avoid the wait.
The icing was was delicious. The little Bundtlet that I had was overcooked and had that overcooked taste to it.

This place has a VERY good product, but I just wish they had more capacity. In my opinion a new location that could handle their high amount of volume would be more beneficial to everyone!

It's been a while since I've been here but I just wanna say, one of my favorite bakeries in the city is actually this chain they just really perfected the recipe for bundt cake. They stick to what they know and they do it flawlessly every time. The prices are reasonable and it makes a great gift or thing to bring to a party. I regularly dream about the red velvet bundt with cream cheese icing.
