This restaurant is not what it used to be back in the day when it first opened. The quality and selection of the food have gone down tremendously. There was a long wait for the food even though there was not many people there.

I really want to review this restaurant particularly because of the service I and my partner received tonight. I must say our server , Cynthia was the most kindest and most diligent. Though I have been here before a few other times, I never felt in my heart the way I did tonight. She is radiating with kindness and really treated us like family right from the start. We were so well taken care of and treated with such high regard, we felt like royalty, truly. Absolutely unforgettable and we will be asking for her service from here on out. And the food was good too. There's always a good 40 minute wait time, sometimes longer on the weekend.
I've just waited over 30 minutes with asking twice for a waiter to no avail. I've eaten at these restaurants for over 20 plus years and it's never taken this long to even get a drink of water.

Well I would tell you the answer to every question asked but unfortunately I couldn’t get past being on the phone for an hour and 2 different times I was put back on hold well now I give up ! Thanks Olive Garden ??

I had the worst service ever at the Olive Garden in Lake Charles. There was barely any sauce on the pasta but the server disappeared until it was time to bring the check.
The food was excellent. Monica did a friendly and professional service. Our family experience was amazing. Prices are just a little on the high side. Very recommended.
